Facility managers told us the same things: crews that change every month, scopes agreed by phone, and no way to check what was done. We built Fenikkusu around the opposite.

OUR STORY
Founded in Florida in 2023
Fenikkusu General Services started in 2023 with a simple brief: give commercial clients the consistency they expect from their own staff, without the overhead.
The name comes from the phoenix, the bird that returns to its best form. It is the standard we hold every site to, from a single office suite to a distribution center that runs around the clock.
Today we work from our South Florida office in Plantation and serve clients across 12 states.
